Lease Finance of air conditioning projects by Turn Key Air Conditioning Ltd is a recent initiative led by managing director Mitch Swirles.

Says Mitch “It is quite common for the cost estimates for an office or store fit out project to come in over the available budget. From a total M&E cost of £200,000, air conditioning can represent as much as £100,000 – so it is usually the air conditioning element that is cut back, or cut out completely.
This is bad news for the client, as the air conditioning was specified for a purpose, and bad news for us for obvious reasons!

Benefits of Lease Financing

We are now offering the lease finance option to the Architects, Consulting Engineers, Quantitiy Surveryors & End Users that we deal with – and getting a very enthusiastic response.

There are several major advantages of lease financing our type of project:-

Full fit out costs covered
Depending on the details of a project, we can often arrange for lease finance to cover the equipment and installation costs of the total fit out works i.e. ceilings, partitions, lighting, data cabling, sprinklers and heating as well as the air conditioning.

Warranty & maintenance
As approved installers, we are able, through the manufacturers, to give a five year warranty on the air conditioning equipment we install. We also recommend that a maintenance inclusive agreement is undertaken for most air conditioning installations.

Consultancy fees included
The consultancy fees can be included in the agreement. Thus the Consultant is paid immediately the client signs off the project as complete.
